Blog Update 02/28/07 Closing out the month

March 1st, 2007

I did a bit of “house Cleaning” today. The Neo-Witch Guardian got a very nice review over at RPGNow, but the reviewer said the images came out a bit pixilated in the PDF as well as the class abilites were listed alphabetically instead of in the order gained. I decided to fix the images and re-arrange the class abilities to address that. I also updated the section 15 info for a couple of PDF’s, and set up an easily editable master OGL page to make it easier to adjust on my other projects.

I checked my mailbox today to see if the parts I had ordered a couple of days ago for my Kel-Tec P11 9mm pistol were in. They were! Not only that, they didn’t even charge me for one of them! This wasn’t some oversight, they just threw it in. I ordered a couple of parts and put in my comments that I wanted a new, lighter hammer spring and authorized whatever additional charge they needed to cover it. (I had the part number, but it was not listed in their online store.)  When I saw the invoice hit my bank the extra charge wasn’t there, so I assumed the hammer spring was not sent. When I opened the package today, there it was! Along with a hand-written notation on the packing slip, but no charge. Now that’s some serious customer service. Thanks Kel-Tec CNC!

I also finished up the City Watch PDF and created the Flash Flip-Book for it. Check it out HERE. That should be hitting the various sites tomorow. (I still have to record the Publisher Audio Commentary for it.) Oh, and Our Mob Family book should be getting a mention on the Accidental Survivor Podcast! (Episode 7; not currently out as of this writing. They recorded the show yesterday so after editing it should be posted shortly.)
